**Job Description**:
Assist the Senior Inspector and Commercial Administrators to ensure quality service according to customer’s requirements and compliance with our integrity programs with regards to all aspects of the business line.

RESPONISIBILITIES
- To ensure that samplers carry out all weighing operations if required by the clients’ mandate.
- To ensure that samplers carry out all sampling operations if required by the clients’ mandate.
- To ensure compliance with all the requirements of the inspection order.
- Keep Senior Inspector and or administrator informed regarding progress and/or non conformance.
- Liaise with clients and agents daily regarding pertinent details and information relating to loading operations to ensure sampling efforts are in time.
- Keep overtime in control & submit time sheets at month end.
- Adhere to and maintain relevant parts the Quality Policies of the Division.
- Assist in continuously upgrading the quality of services offered and to minimise client complaints and claims.
- Assist the Senior Inspector with any inspection work other than described above, whenever required.
- To ensure the integrity of samples is maintained at all times.
- Ensure that all procedures are followed.
- Assist in the disposal of excess material.
- Assist with tasks such as sampling, sample preparation, and admin when not busy.
- Ensure equipment is maintained and register is updated accordingly.
- Ensure that all SGS equipment is respected and maintained in good working order.
- Adhere to all quality and safety requirements of the SGS management system.
- Perform any other reasonable tasks as assigned by direct line manager.

**Qualifications**:

- Grade 12/Matric
- Must have a Drivers License
- Supervisor experience minimum of 1 year
- Sampling theory and practice
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Languages: Proficiency in English (Read, Speak, Write)
- Any other languages an added advantage
- Valid Passport an advantage
