**Key Responsibilities**:

- Implement and configure SAP GRC modules to manage access controls, user authorizations, and security policies within SAP systems.
- Assess and address potential risks and compliance gaps related to SAP systems, proposing and implementing necessary controls to mitigate them effectively.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and IT teams to develop, review, and enhance GRC processes and controls in alignment with business objectives.
- Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify vulnerabilities and areas for improvement, and provide actionable recommendations.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest SAP GRC developments, best practices, and industry trends to continuously enhance the organization's GRC framework.
- Provide training and support to end-users on GRC procedures, security protocols, and compliance guidelines.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to align SAP GRC efforts with other IT security initiatives.
- Monitor and analyze security-related incidents and promptly respond to security breaches or unauthorized activities.
- Collaborate with external auditors to facilitate GRC-related audits and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
- Assist in the development and maintenance of disaster recovery and business continuity plans related to SAP systems.

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience (X years) as a SAP GRC Specialist or a similar role in an enterprise-level environment.
- Strong expertise in configuring and implementing SAP GRC solutions, including Access Control, Process Control, and Risk Management modules.
- Familiarity with relevant industry standards, data protection laws, and compliance frameworks (e.g., GDPR, SOX, ISO 27001).
- Extensive knowledge of SAP security principles and best practices.
- Experience with SAP authorization concepts and user provisioning.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
