**Job Description**:
Junior Bookkeeper (AA)

Area: Roodepoort, Gauteng

**Salary**: R10000 to R15000 p/m

**Duties**:
Ensure all invoices and payments are timeously and accurately processed.

Verifying supplier details prior to making payment and ensuring that all controls are adhered to in the process.

Reconciliations.

Maintenance of creditors/ vendor payments and sending remittances

Open client accounts

Building and Maintaining relationships with clients

Credit Control

Maintain accurate and detailed records of all interactions and transactions.

Petty cash management and recon

Other Ad hoc duties

Skills and Requirements

Computer Literate Microsoft Office, Excel and Navision or equivalent accounting software

Good communication skills

Good bill of health

No criminal record
- Recently Graduated
- 1 to 2 years’ experience in admin/ accounts
- Near the Roodepoort area
- Available immediately
- Male or Female
