Our client based in the Southern Suburbs requires a dynamic Marketing Manager to join their prestigious brand, where innovation and excellence define everything that they do.

This role will lead the development of cutting-edge strategies to elevate the brand’s presence and enhance customer engagement across global markets.

**Requirements**:

- Degree or relevant Marketing qualification and experience in a professional related field
- Minimum three years of marketing experience, preferably within a luxury brand
- Strong understanding of luxury brand positioning, consumer behaviour, and international markets
- Demonstrated experience in managing marketing budgets, forecasting, and financial planning
- Advanced Social Media Management

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans that align with the brand’s positioning, targeting a high-end consumer base
- Oversee two interns
- Oversee the marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective allocation of resources, and provide accurate forecasting to meet financial targets
- Maintain and elevate the brand’s luxury image across all channels, ensuring consistency and alignment with global standards
- Plan and execute global marketing campaigns, incorporating traditional media, digital, and social media strategies to drive brand awareness and customer engagement
- Lead the development and execution of social media strategies, with a strong emphasis on creativity and engaging luxury audiences across various platforms
- Conduct in-depth market research and analyse consumer trends to identify new opportunities and optimise marketing efforts
- Build and nurture relationships with influencers, and media outlets to enhance brand exposure and drive sales
- Lead the planning and execution of high-profile events, product launches, and brand activations
