**Social Media Manager & Digital Team Lead**

**Key Responsibilities**:
As the Social Media Manager & Digital Team Lead, you will spearhead our digital strategy:

- Develop and implement comprehensive digital and marketing campaigns across various channels.
- Manage and optimise all company portals, enhancing user experience.
- Measure and report the performance of digital marketing efforts.
- Create engaging content for social media platforms and oversee individual camp pages.
- Execute social media content strategies aligned with camp objectives.
- Curate visually appealing images and schedule posts strategically.

**Requirements**:

- Matric qualification.
- Relevant tertiary education is advantageous.
- Proven experience in Social Media marketing, Tourism Industry advantageous.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Extensive knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and analytics.
- Graphic design experience is preferable.

**Leadership Qualities**:
As the head of our Social Media and Digital Team, we expect you to be:

- Extremely knowledgeable in digital marketing strategies.
- Capable of devising and executing innovative ideas independently.
- A strategic thinker with the ability to lead and inspire a dynamic team.
