- Daily performance report. Prepare month end reports for Financial manager. Overtime and commission submission to HR. HR administration. Submission of mileage for FML company vehicles. Co-ordinate training and to submit work skill plan and annual training registers to Head office. Logging of tickets with DMS Britehouse for Evolve and Adapt. Provide IT support. Assist with approvals for Adapt when required. Creditors orders. Creditors invoice capturing. Creditors reconciliations. Creditors payments processing. Adhoc admin functions. Stats SA report submission. Warranty payment allocation only (schedule to be provided by warranty admin). Sell Out Data Report - Parts Sales. Vehicle Sales Report - updated monthly
