Stores Supervisor

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Grade 12 certificate or equivalent
- Driver’s license EB or C1
- Computer Literate - Ms Office
- Experience in Stock Control
- Stock Control Software will be an advantage.

- Good verbal and written communication - English
- Self-motivated and be of sober habits.
- Must be able to work as part of a team i.e., get to know how the production team operate.

**DUTIES**:

- Tracking stock levels, conducting regular inventory audits and ensuring correct record-keeping.
- Enduring the timely and safe loading and unloading of goods.
- Regular stock level assessments to prevent overstocking or stockouts.
- Keeping detailed and accurate records of inventory transactions.
- Inspecting deliveries to ensure products are intact and match the delivery documentation.
- Receive, dispatch, repair and/or maintain DTH equipment.
- Ensure the safety of the Employees & Complete HIRA’s where applicable.
- Perform stock take and report on stock min/max levels.
- Oversee, co-ordinate schedules, plan and monitor all duties of your subordinates.
- Daily checks on oil stock levels.
- Ensure materials and equipment are ready for services.
- Upkeep of general housekeeping of the stores/yard and surrounding areas
- Ensure all tools/equipment are tested and tagged.
- Issuing Tools and Equipment.
- Cleaning LDV’s as required.

Pay: R20 000,00 - R27 000,00 per month
