You will be responsible but not limited to:
Manage a full debtor’s function for rental and levy accounts
Process and reconcile monthly rental and levy invoices
Allocate payments accurately and promptly
Maintain detailed and up-to-date debtor age analysis reports

Liaise with tenants, owners, and trustees regarding overdue accounts
Work closely with the property managers, portfolio administrators, and finance team
Prepare reports on debt collection status for management
Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and internal policies
- **Qualifications**:_

Matric

Diploma / Certificate will be adv.

Minimum of 4 - 5 years’ debtors experience from the property industry

Computer Literate: MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) & MDA System / WeConnect

**Skills**:
Good communication skills and able to work well with a diverse team (Afrikaans & English)

Deadline orientated and work well under pressure

Attention to detail

Excellent time management skills

Positive and assertive attitude

A good team player

Ability to work both independently and in a team

Strong understanding of rental and levy collection processes.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: R20 000,00 - R22 000,00 per month
