We are seeking a **highly professional and detail-oriented Retail Stock Controller** to join our dynamic team. In this critical role, you will be responsible for mitigating stock loss, conducting thorough investigations, and ensuring the highest standards of inventory control across our stores.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Monitor and control stock levels to prevent shrinkage and losses.
- Lead and participate in investigations related to stock discrepancies and loss incidents.
- Identify risk areas and implement preventative measures to safeguard inventory.
- Prepare accurate reports and provide insights to management on stock variances.
- Collaborate with store teams and management to strengthen loss-prevention strategies.
- Uphold company policies and ethical standards in all interactions.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in retail stock control, inventory management, or loss prevention.
- Strong knowledge of stock management systems and investigative procedures.
- Excellent communication and reporting skills.
- Security Certification added advantage
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced retail environment.
