**About Enterprise Capabilities**

Fundamental to our _Think and Act Globally _strategy and digital adoption, Enterprise Capabilities (EC) is AECOM’s primary vehicle for workshare. Operating across geographic boundaries and time-zones, EC partners with regional and Global Business Line project teams to provide technical expertise, accelerate delivery and keep AECOM competitive in the industry.

**Job Description**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Makes recommendations on work methods and procedures and technical innovations by devising practical and economical solutions to problems in own discipline.
- Makes recommendations on research requests, objectives, priorities, and timing.
- Assess need for change and recommends development of standards.
- Assess work against standards, objectives and specifications.
- Utilizes advanced scientific principles, theories, practices and existing technologies when working on unusually complex technical problems.
- Interprets and records data, conducts analyses, compares findings to relevant studies and local, state, and federal regulations to ensure compliance.
- Develops solutions which are highly innovative. Assignments are often self-initiated.
- Acts as advisor to management and clients. Oversees the work of less experienced scientists.
- Posses multi-disciplinary knowledge.

**Qualifications**:
**Minimum Requirements**:

- BA/BS + 8 Years of relevant experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Analytical and numerical groundwater flow and solute transport modeling background.
- Groundwater modeling using MODFLOW, MODFLOW-USG, FEFLOW, PEST, MT3D, RT3D, and MODPATH (SEAWAT and FEFLOW desired but not necessary), LNAPL modeling;
- Decision tree development and preparation of feasibility studies and remedial action plans.
