**Core Description**:
Responsible to develop and manage the implementation of resource and business development strategies to direct the Openserve towards continuous improvement. Responsible for managing and coordinating dedicated and integrated project management plans in dedicated areas ensuring that the projects produce the deliverables at the required standard of quality within the specified constraints of time, cost and quality, to achieve the benefits defined in the business case. All projects should aim to ensure a positive customer experience. Plan, design and build tools and processors to improve business efficiency.

**Responsibilities**:
**KEY DELIVERABLES / PRIMARY FUNCTIONS**
- Implement tactical and Operational Plan
- Identify targets & goals for environment
- Drive implementation of solutions and organisational renewal
- Develop and implement a comprehensive and integrated Project Management plan in dedicated area/ project
- Balance program resources (people, budget, material, time) to optimize program objectives
- Implement documents in accordance with appropriate standards and customer requirements
- Build relationships with relevant stakeholders by building and managing internal and external customer relationships
- Obtain required information from key role players
- Manage all functions pertaining the processes in the value chain (Bucket management)
- Drive completion of programs/ projects
- Monitor and measure the success of projects?
- Performance reporting on the various sub projects via business dashboards
- Perform risk identification and mitigation planning
- Establish the Quality roadmaps per technology/ products
- Do cost benefit analysis of various products and services
- Ensure seamless integration between systems before implementation
- Liaise with relevant stake holders to ensure optimal cross functional teamwork
- Determine program dependencies and milestones across multiple concurrent projects
- Liaise with relevant stake holders in identifying and resolving business/ process bottlenecks
- Align Project Office activities with BU business plan
- Establish and continually evolve the Project Management method in alignment with industry standard project management principles (PMBOK)
- Provide decision support, content & process support to the project owners
- Deliver continuous innovation and evolution of processes and procedures
- Provide support to strategic projects led from Openserve and other parts of Openserve Group
- Determine quality standards
- Perform quality monitoring and audits
- Ensure that quality timelines are met
- Ensure adherence to best practices
- Effective managing of escalations
- Manage and control records

Manage the performance, productivity, development and wellbeing of own team:

- Provide appropriate training and development initiatives

- Monitor and mitigate risks activities (including business continuity and operational risk management) within the technology environment

None

**Qualifications**:
Relevant 3-year degree/ diploma (at least NQF level 6)

**Experience**:
5 Years relevant experience

**Special Requirements**:
Valid driver's license
Willing to work outside normal working hours
Willing to travel and stay out overnight
