- Collaborate with clients to understand their business processes, pain points, and requirements related to claims management
- Leverage your expertise in the SAP Claims Management module to design tailored solutions that address client needs, considering integration with other SAP modules and systems.
- Configure the SAP Claims Management module to align with the approved solution design, ensuring data integrity, process automation, and compliance with industry regulations.
- Lead or participate in the implementation of SAP Claims Management projects, including system setup, testing, data migration, and user training.
- Work with development teams if custom enhancements or integrations are required to meet specific client requirements.
- Conduct thorough testing of the configured system to validate its functionality, performance, and accuracy in handling claims processes.
- Prepare detailed documentation, including functional specifications, user guides, and training materials, to support clients and project teams.
- Train end-users on how to effectively use the SAP Claims Management module, ensuring a smooth transition to the new system.
- Provide post-implementation support, troubleshoot issues, and recommend improvements to optimize the claims management processes.
- Maintain effective communication with project stakeholders, including clients, project managers, developers, and business users, to ensure project success.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest developments in SAP Claims Management and related technologies to provide innovative and value-driven solutions.**Inherent Requirements**
- 4 years of experience or K4 Level
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field
- Must be SAP Certified.
- Proven experience as an SAP consultant, with a focus on Claims Management.
- In-depth knowledge of the SAP Claims Management module, its configuration, and integration with other SAP modules.
- Strong understanding of insurance or claims management business processes.
