Logistics Planner

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Notify Customer Service Representative, Operations Managers and Managing Director of any exceptions with regards to logistics issues Confirm QTY's on DN's, GRN's with logistics plan.
- Plan logistics for the next 2 days in line with customer requirements and NCG - CSSA KPI using OPSI System. Raise Logistics concerns.
- Meet with production and sales teams to discuss load priorities, preloads, truck delays. Review next days plan
- Send out finalised board plan Communicate plan to drivers Manage execution of plan on zeno Plan LH loads and circulate plans Inform Natasha of any additional transport required, with transporter that is available and cost
- Track driver trips, on zeno, to avoid delays and missed loads Address ZENO/OPSI/transact queries
- Address driver queries (delays on routes and customer sites, issues with loads and incidents affecting loads)
- Review driver overtime against Netstar reports and submit, together with printed trip reports to Reco plant manager for review and authorisation.
- Update Opsi database on Plato and on zeno (vehicle, product, site and driver updates)
