- 3-5 Years in the Long-Distance Transport industry.
- A Relevant tertiary qualification in the logistic field will be an added advantage.
- Good, interpersonal, leadership, motivation planning, and communicating (verbal & written) skills.
- Bilingual in Afrikaans and English (verbal and written).

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

- Ensure Loads are executed according to plan.
- Monthly revenue and volumes are achieved.
- Communication must be maintained with sub-contractors and internal customers.
- Follow up on loading and offloading ETA. Problems must be identified and resolved or reported.
- Prescribed reports and/or documentation must be completed and updated on system.
- Communication must be maintained with clients with regards to delays, breakdown, or other logístical issues.
