**Job Summary**: We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Agent to join our dynamic team at Neshinna Promotions. The Sales Agent will be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities, maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify potential clients and generate leads through various channels.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to clients.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales deals.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors.
- Provide excellent customer service and support to clients.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales strategies.
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports and forecasts.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Sales Agent or in a similar sales role.
- Strong understanding of sales principles and techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
- Self-motivated and target-driven with a passion for sales.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
