WHAT YOU WILL DO

As part of the Cash team you are primarily responsible for supporting the product specialist with tasks such as as monitoring and reporting on performance, analysing statistics, dealing with escalations as required; and ensuring that the product meets the customers’ expectations and agreed SLAs. You will need to understand the detail of the product / suite of products within their portfolio as you will sometimes need to act as the Product Specialist when they are not available.

**Role Responsibilities (not limited to) include**:

- Assist with Product Reporting
- Product customer and service provider liaison
- Be the intermediary between business and service desk as well as business and Operations for all ICMS related incidents and requests
- Be the first line of Incident and Problem Management (including resolution)
- Assist Product Specialist with Product Infrastructure management and support
- Monitor Risk management and risk mitigation
- Change management of defects, upgrades, and innovation changes
- Maintain and update product collateral and product library
- Input to product pricing and budgetary process
- Attend Industry and workgroup meetings and support product specialist with industry tasks and project deliverables
- Together with Product specialist represent the team at all ICMS related projects
