Our client is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Temporary Bookkeeper to join their team based in
**Key Requirements**:
- SAP experience is essential
- 4-5 years of Full-function Bookkeeping experience is essential
- Bookkeeping or accounting qualification highly advantageous
**Responsibilities may include and are not limited to**:
- **Recording Financial Transactions**:
- Systematically record and categorize all financial transactions to provide an accurate and up-to-date overview of the organization's fiscal activities.
- **Accounts Payable and Receivable**:
- Manage incoming and outgoing payments to ensure a healthy cash flow, fostering financial stability and positive relationships with stakeholders.
- **Bank Reconciliation**:
- Regularly reconcile bank statements with internal records to identify discrepancies and maintain the accuracy and integrity of financial information.
- **Financial Reporting**:
- Generate insightful financial reports to aid decision-making processes, providing a transparent view of the organization's performance.
- **Expense Management**:
- Track and manage expenses to optimize resource allocation, control costs, and maintain financial efficiency.
- **Tax Compliance**:
- Adhere to tax regulations for legal compliance, ensuring accurate and timely fulfillment of the organization's tax obligations.
- **Audit Preparation**:
- Prepare for audits to facilitate a smooth and transparent process, contributing to the organization's financial integrity.
