Accounts Payable Clerk sought to join highly reputable FMCG.
With their ever-growing team, our client is well established multinational - fast food company that was established over 6 decades ago and are still going strong. They are looking for an Accounts Payable Clark to join their Head Office team based in Cape Town. This role will have you reporting to the Credit Team Leader and working alongside other administrators to ensure all relevant accounts are paid accordingly.
Key accountabilities include but are not limited to:

- Setting up, processing and reconciling P-Cards
- Processing Vendor Payments
- Credit Card Administration
- Preparing employee expense reimbursement
- Receiving, verifying, and processing invoices
- Ensuring account payment is up to date
- Preparation of files for payment runs

To succeed in this role, you will need to have exceptional organizational skills, 4 years of experience in a similar role, a relevant degree and 2 years of experience using SAP.
