Lead and manage a team in order to produce a food-safe site, daily.
- Manage and achieve the Budgeted Man-hours and Purchases in their Section(s).
- Maintain a hygienic and safe working environment with compliance to all statutory safety regulations
- Manage individual and team performance; coach and develop staff.
- Responsible for all Operational activities in their section, including operational problem solving
- Maintain Customer relationship; meet Customer expectations and eliminate plant damage & downtime.
- Adhere to and promote the Company Value system by compliance with the Ecowize Way.
- Deliver weekly and monthly reports.
- Grade 12.
- A valid driver’s licence
- Previous Deep Cleaning experience is essential.
- Background in stock control, stock management, ordering and processing of stock advantageous.
- Must be able to manage the strict flow of operation and variable allocation of resources.
- Be strong operationally with a good track record in Industrial Relations.
- High-Quality administrative skills required.
- Meet key delivery dates.
- Be flexible to work at various sites as requested on short notice.

The successful incumbent must have the following skill sets:

- Able to work a strict shift position and willing to work over weekends.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in the food production industry.
- Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines.
- High work standards, energetic and driven.
- Good communication skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Good understanding and knowledge of the Cleaning industry and service orientated.
- Must be comfortable with the Ecowize culture and values; Respect, Honesty and Integrity, Teamwork, Accountability, Open Communication, and Service Excellence.
