**Hiring: WhatsApp Enrolled Nurse (Remote/Hybrid)**

Are you a qualified nurse with a passion for providing virtual healthcare support? We’re looking for a dedicated **WhatsApp Enrolled Nurse** to assist patients via chat, offering guidance, health advice, and support.

The primary function of this position is to provide efficient and quality nursing care in a telemedicine environment. It involves communicating with clients, conducting a triage process, and determining the suitable treatment method. You will also need to evaluate benefits within a benefit structure and provide appropriate actions.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Communicate promptly and effectively with clients via WhatsApp to assess their medical concerns
- Conduct thorough triage assessments to prioritize client needs based on urgency and severity
- Evaluate client benefits within the provided benefit structure to determine coverage and advise accordingly
- Utilize medical knowledge and resources to accurately determine whether clients require medication, a referral to a GP, specialist care, or other medical assistance
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of client interactions and assessments
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals and internal teams to ensure seamless coordination of client care
- Stay updated on medical protocols, benefits, and industry developments to provide informed and up-to-date advice
- Demonstrate the ability to work effectively under pressure, maintaining composure and professionalism while handling urgent client inquiries and medical situations
- Work efficiently and swiftly to address client needs and provide timely assistance, ensuring prompt resolution of queries and concerns
- Possess strong problem-solving skills to assess complex medical situations, identify appropriate solutions, and provide accurate guidance to clients
- Maintain meticulous record-keeping practices to accurately document client interactions, medical assessments, and recommended courses of action
- Demonstrate strong written communication skills to effectively convey medical information, benefits advice, and instructions to clients via WhatsApp and other written communication channels

**Requirements**:
✔ Grade 12 / Matric

✔ Registration with the South African Nursing Council (SANC) as an **Enrolled Nurse**

✔ Minimum 3 years practicing as an Enrolled Nurse

✔ Minimum 1-year Medical Aid Industry experience

✔ Computer literate - MS Office

✔ Strong command of the English language and a second language

✔ Primary Health Care experience will be an advantage
