**Position**:

**Job Purpose**
- To provide guidance and advice related to the integration of solutions across technologies; ensuring all outputs are compliant with current governance and legislation. Provide IT leadership based on IT and business acumen that is incorporated into the operations reconciliations process which is inclusive of performing investigations, analysis and resolution on system and product outages.**Responsibilities**:

- Break down components of end-to-end design and defined logical units of work.
- Consult on the resolution of high impact problem solving across multiple business units /areas.
- Involves full understanding of the products, related systems, and analytical ability to translate the product financials and the ripple effect on the reconciliation of accounts
- Design diagrams on the products with related flows on the financials
- Participate in Severities (Sev's) and provide expert guidance and solutions on technical problems which results in outages on reconciliations performed on various Product Settlement accounts.
- Enable skilling and required corrective action to take place by sharing knowledge and industry trends with team.
- Obtain buy-in for developing new and/or enhanced processes to improve stakeholders' businesses.
- Detailed knowledge and experience of the Debi-Check products as well as domestic product financial flows such as - Magtapes, Collections, Disputes, Unpaids, EFT Payments
- Familiarity with the new message standards ISO20022
- Managing data and providing analysis
- Reconciliations of accounts
- Participate in Research and Development related to product usage. Ensure alignment with emerging technologies, and communicate the impact on Nedbank technologies.
- Essential Qualifications - NQF Level- Matric / Grade 12 / National Senior Certificate
- Advanced Diplomas/National 1st Degrees
- Preferred Qualification- Relevant degree in Technology, Systems or Finance- Relevant Post Graduate qualification- Minimum Experience Level- 5 years’ experience in an IT environment.
- Experience in Debi Check and other related domestic product sets
- Excel Proficiency and Data Analysis experience
- Interrogation of data and financial flows using various investigative tools (SQL, Office Suite, Macros)
