This established printing company is seeking the service of a dynamic and energetic individual who has the ability to multi-task, coupled with excellent communication skills and the ability to work, learn and develop in an organised fashion within a highly pressurised environment to assume responsibility as a Personal Assistant.

Fundamental Functions:

- Manage the administrative functioning of the office.
- Assist with special projects.
- Marketing, sales and project development.
- Smooth running of day-to-day activities.
- Provide support to the Directorship.

**Requirements**:

- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Efficient administrative skills and experience.
- Well groomed.
- Effective team player.
- Target and brand driven.
- Resourceful and pro-active administrator with a strong customer service orientation.
- Above average organisational and interpersonal skills.
- Bilingual in English | Afrikaans

A highly self motivated individual and motivated team member who is eager to learn and contribute to the progress of the organisation's growth.
