JUNIOR FOH MANAGER

This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, brings at least 3 years of proven experience in a similar role, and has strong references to match. You’ll play a key role assisting in leading our small but expanding team, stepping up when the senior manager is off-site, helping drive our operations forward and taking the very best care of our customers.

Key responsibilities include:
Team Management : Managing day-to-day restaurant operations in the absence of the senior manager

Time & Task Management : Overseeing staff and ensuring tasks are executed efficiently

Operational Oversight : Maintaining high organizational standards across all areas of service

Inventory & Supply Management : Contributing to stock control and operational flow

Customer Service Excellence : Upholding service excellence and a warm, professional guest experience at all times

Administration / Communication & Reporting : Oversee cash ups, take bookings and execute customer pre-orders

Role requirements include:
Availability on weekends & public holidays, with varying day and night shifts to accommodate the trading hours of our establishment.

Being based nearby or having your own transport is a definite advantage.
