Supervisor: Trade Creditors

**Qualifications**:
**Essential**
- National Diploma in Finance / Accounting or similar

**Preferred**
- Bachelor's degree in Finance / Accounting or similar

**Knowledge, Skills and Experience**:
**Experience: Essential**
- At least 5 years’ relevant financial administration experience
- At least 2 years’ experience in a finance leadership / supervisor / team lead role
- Experience in working / collaborating across different business units

**Experience: Preferred**
- Experience working within the retail corporate environment

**Skills required**
- Computer literate with advanced Ms Excel
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team
- Attention to detail
- Assertiveness
- Conscientious
- Ability to work under pressure and manage large volumes of work

**Knowledge required**
- Expert knowledge of Accounts Payable and related processes
- SAP user knowledge

**Key Responsibilities**:
Vendor Account Management
- Review and approval of Statement & Vendor payment reconciliations
- Suppliers are paid on time, accurately and according to payment terms
- Maintain and enhance the accounts relationship with Vendors
- Cash Flow (CF) requirements for Vendor payments

Vendor Master Data Management
- Maintain active Vendor master file

Reconciliations
- Review of General Ledger reconciliations

Reporting
- Accounts Payable transactions, payments, creditors days
- Inter-company management reporting

Team Management:

- Performance management
- Individual / Team development
- Recruitment
