**What are we looking for?**
We are looking for someone with the following experience, qualifications and /or skillsets:

- Grade 12
- 1 year as an Administrative Clerk

**Advantageous**
- Educational Environment

**Application Receipt**
- Validation of documentation
- Submit to finance for credit checks

**Application Processing**
- Receive completed pack
- Work with educators to determine class placement including numbers
- Inform Phase Heads relating to new starts and special requirements and ensure that ready for learner
- Submit weekly learner statistics to Executive Head
- Update numbers on school system (Synergy)
- Update of all parent information

**Application Queries**
- Set up meeting with parents to advise on the full process and school offerings
- Advise parents on grades and age requirements
- Advise parents on payment and school processes
- Advise parents on all CURRO/ Internal school policies and procedures
- Provide information relating to scholarships and corporate deals

**Learner Profiles**
- Create profiles for learners
- Update profiles and upload documents
- Maintain profiles as required
- Provide access rights to learner profiles
- Update and maintain learner’s data on SA SAMS and Internal schools’ system (Synergy)
- Conduct SA SAMS roll over of learners from year to year
- Quarterly submissions of figures of learners at school

**School leavers**
- Review all leavers
- Keep track of leavers to determine statistics and space availability
- Prepare transfer cards for parents
