Assistant SPA Manager

As the Assistant Spa Manager, you will work closely with the Spa Manager to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of our client's spa facility. Your responsibilities will include:
Assisting in the overall management of spa operations, including scheduling, staffing, and inventory management.
Providing exceptional customer service to guests, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction throughout their spa experience.
Supervising and training spa staff to uphold high service standards and deliver personalized treatments.
Collaborating with the Spa Manager to develop and implement promotional strategies to drive spa revenue and guest satisfaction.
Maintaining a clean, organized, and serene spa environment in line with our client's luxury standards.
Assisting in the development and implementation of spa policies and procedures to ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
Proven experience in a supervisory or managerial role within the spa or hospitality industry.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with guests and staff at all levels.
Strong leadership abilities, with a focus on motivating and inspiring a team to achieve excellence.
In-depth knowledge of spa treatments, products, and industry trends.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and evenings as required.
Relevant qualifications in spa management or hospitality preferred.
