**Basic salary of up to R11,500 with a generous commission structure.**

**Key Requirements**:

- **Experience**:

- Minimum **1 year of experience** in outbound sales or telesales, preferably in a **BPO** or contact centre serving the **UK market**.
- Proven track record in **subscription sales** and/or **appointment setting**.
- Experience in providing **customer support** to UK clients.
- **Skills**:

- Excellent verbal and written **English communication** skills.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
- Confident with **CRM software** and digital communication tools. (Hubspot)
- Time management and multitasking abilities.
- **Personal Attributes**:

- Goal-oriented and self-motivated.
- Professional, empathetic, and customer-centric.
- Team player with a positive attitude.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Outbound Sales**: Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers in the UK, promoting subscription services and identifying sales opportunities.
- **Lead Qualification**: Qualify leads based on predefined criteria and determine their suitability for the client’s product/service.
- **Appointment Setting**: Schedule appointments for the client’s sales representatives, ensuring calendars are accurately updated and aligned.
- **CRM Management**: Accurately log and update customer interactions and lead progress in CRM systems. (Hubspot)
- **Target Achievement**: Meet or exceed weekly and monthly KPIs including sales targets, conversion rates, and appointment quotas.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with internal team members and the client’s sales team to ensure a smooth handover and follow-up process.
- **Product Knowledge**: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the client’s offerings, industry trends, and competitor activities.
