**YOUR ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES**: Checking and merging of shipping documentation

Preparation of weekly payment schedules

Checking and loading new vendors & beneficiaries on SAP & the bank

Checking open items, GRIR accounts & future payment list to identify payments

Matching foreign vendor payments

Shipping List update and adding deal reference numbers to Purchase Orders

Dealing with bank and relevant forms (BOP, LC’s etc.)

Prepare and review of supplier reconciliations and payments (foreign and local)
