Our client based in Wellington is looking to employ a Creditors Clerk.

**REQUIREMENTS**

Matric

Drivers License

Own Vehicle

Minimum 3-5 years relevant work experience.

Syspro Experience

BCom

**DUTIES**:
Debtors

Creditors

Subcontractor’s delivery notes

Weekly reconciliation of subcontractors who put diesel into Shell account against revenue earned.

Daily follow-up of outstanding PODs and reasons for long outstanding PODs. Prepare report for Management.

Handling of all subcontractor inquiries regarding their accounts.

Filing of all documentation regarding debtors and creditors of subcontractors.

Checking of entries on creditors system - checking of batch entries (Syspro).

Request and follow up on information as required for BEE Verification.

Monthly recon of Subcontractor loan accounts in Ledger/Syspro - write journals for corrections.

Any Ad Hoc tasks as given by management.

Filing

Salary will be discussed in interview.
