- Minimum of **8 years’ experience** working as an **Event Planner**, preferably in a client-facing or strategic role.
- Proven ability to conceptualize, plan, and execute a wide range of event types including corporate functions, brand activations, conferences, launches, and hybrid/virtual events.
- Experience in managing events from both a **logístical** and **strategic client-service** perspective is required.

- Skilled in audience profiling, experience mapping, and creating immersive brand moments.

- Ability to build strong client relationships, deliver presentations, and guide clients through complex planning phases.
- **Project Management**:
- Strong organisational and planning skills across multiple projects with overlapping timelines.
- Experienced in developing and managing detailed project plans, budgets, timelines, and risk mitigation strategies.
- **Marketing & Brand Alignment**:
- Understanding of marketing principles, brand positioning, and integrated campaign alignment.
- Ability to work with marketing teams to ensure event communications and creative deliverables are on-brand.
- **Technical Knowledge**:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and event planning software.
- Familiarity with virtual event platforms, CRM systems, and digital engagement tools is a plus.

- Manage budgets, vendor relationships, production timelines, and event logistics.
- Collaborate with creative, marketing, and production teams to ensure brand consistency and event success.
- Conduct post-event reviews and provide recommendations for improvement.
