- **Job Objectives**:

- High standards of customer service and care
- Efficient stock control and administration, including repacking of medicine
- Efficient dispensary administration
- Accurate compounding
- Provision of general health advice
- High standards of housekeeping and merchandise display
- Ad hoc requirements as per operational requirements-
- **Minimum requirements**-
- **Qualifications and Experience**:

- Matric with Maths (Essential)
- Minimum requirements of the Health Professions Council of South Africa for the various levels as a Pharmacist Assistant (Qualified, Post Basic and Learner Basic)- ** Skills, Abilities and Job Related Knowledge**:

- Product knowledge (Health isle and OTC)
- SAPC and relevant legal knowledge
- Customer service orientated
- Team Player
- Integrity
- Ethical working practice and compliance
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Basic calculations
- IT Business Operating Systems
- MS Office- ** Competencies**:
