We're hiring for **EMEA Commercial Finance Analyst**

As EMEA Commercial Finance Analyst you will be responsible for
Providing financial planning and analysis to the EMEA region. Providing commercial finance support to the AME commercial unit. Work closely with analysts and finance leadership to ensure appropriate levels of planning, analysis, and financial support is provided.

**You Will Be Part of Growing Team**
The commercial finance team works closely with the business to provide financial support and is responsible for long and shortr term financial planning, reviewing actual results and taking corrective action where necessary.

**Your Challenge**:
EMEA FP&A (70%) - financial planning and analysis supporting EMEA region:

- Support and Interaction with Global and Regional Financial Planning and Analysis leaders;
- Participate in implementation of new reporting systems, including development of new reports and analysis to support other finance analysts in the EMEA region;
- Coordinate monthly, quarterly and annual closing activities for specific countries and EMEA region;
- Coordinate monthly outlooks, annual and strategic planning
- Provide in depth analysis on pricing variances, other financial analysis to support business decisions
- Coordinate activities with India reporting team to ensure accurate and timely delivery of information to EMEA countries.

Commercial Finance Africa Middle East (30%) - Business analyst supporting commercial leaders for cluster of countries
- Perform monthly outlook, annual plan and long term strategic plan.
- Track business performance including pricing, volume, expenses. Growth on key portfolios and markets
- Support commercial team in setting commercial policies, rebates programs, volume/price trade off analysis.
- Report and analyse margin trends by product family, territory cluster, etc.
- Support business teams to analyse and define credit lines, guarantees, payment terms, etc.
- Work with commercial teams to set actions to close gaps vs. outlook and plan.
- Coordinate activities with other finance competencies (controllership, credit, tax, internal audit).
- Ensure implementation of internal control and compliance policies.

**Qualifications**:** To Grow What Matters, You Will Need**
- Finance Degree, Major in Financial Accounting and Auditing would be preferred;
- 5years+ working experience, preferably in Audit Firms (Big 4 etc.) and/or in Manufacturing Companies (Agriculture Business would be a plus);
- Advanced excel knowledge; Access/Power BI/ Tableau would be a plus;
- Knowledge and experience with ERPs (SAP preferred) and Business Warehouse software;
- Interpersonal and communication skills: ability to work in diverse and cross-functional teams;
- Ability to work under pressure and to prioritize tasks to meet business and processes deadlines;
- Critical thinker, problem solver, proactive and independent.
