Vehicle Service Clerk and Receptionist

- Comply with company service standards and procedures.
- Assist staff and managers with daily general administrative/ other requests within the service department.
- Assist customers with enquiries, bookings, scheduling services and collection of vehicles.
- Continuously maintain high levels of productivity and good customer service.
- Any ad hoc admin/ other responsibilities as and when required.
**Qualifications and Experience**:
Grade 12 qualification/ equivalent.
1 to 3 years administration experience.
Good verbal and written business communication skill in English.
good people-skills and communicating with diverse customers.
Computer literacy skills.
Valid SA driver's license and reliable transport.
Passionate about cars/ the motor industry.
A hard working, reliable person.
Organised and good attention to detail.
Willing to learn and go the extra mile.
