Job Purpose:
A professional multi-tasker with high attention to detail is required to support senior business leaders. Primary responsibilities include diary management, travel arrangements and confidential administration. In addition to this; the ability to manage internal and external customers is a key requirement in this role. The incumbent will assist local operations as an office administrator.

Minimum Preference Experience:

- 3+ years in an Assistant capacity to Executive/Senior Management
- Office Management experience advantageous
- Advanced Microsoft Office knowledge/experience - experience compiling EXCO reports and packs

**Essential Job Responsibilities**

Major Responsibilities
- Assisting leadership to resolve escalated customer complaints and providing feedback to customer and internal departments on resolution requirements, following through to completion
- Diary management, including arranging and coordinating meetings
- Preparing reports and correspondence
- Processing mail, screening calls and answering enquiries
- Attending meetings and minute-taking
- Transcribing dictation of documents
- Maintaining confidential files and documents- Booking attendance at events, conferences and seminars as required
- Arranges corporate travel and meetings by developing itineraries and agendas; scheduling flights; booking other transportation; arranging hotels and meeting accommodations

(only to be added to PA for Inland and Coastal GM PA’s) -** Administratively assist local operations as an office administrator, completing functions such as:

- completing requisitions and capex’es
- consumables monitoring and ordering
- Receipting of mail and ensuring mail is directed to appropriate parties
- Assist staff to complete vendor forms for potential and existing customers
- Manage the local cellular account in conjunction with the central office
- Coordinate meetings, functions etc held in the region, including the management of local meeting rooms, catering etc
- Accountable for building maintenance and the management of third party building management suppliers. Ensure that generator tests are performed weekly and feedback to IT
- Other ad hoc requirements as may be determined from time to time
