**Key overview & responsibilities**:
Responsible for all aspects of product training, driving best practices (including relevant EHS training) for drivers, and external customers. Delivering the driver training curriculum, as set out in the training matrix, working to Air Products SA and Global policies and standards and according to the Technical Training process.

Key responsibilities for the role include but are not limited to:

- Carrying out all aspects of training for new drivers, inclusive of classroom and practical assessments;
- Delivers Driver Curriculum training in conjunction with an e-Learning system;
- Responsible for classroom and practical training and assessment (Driver and Operator);
- Adherence to Technical training process;
- Providing support to the provision of Technical training;
- Updating and maintaining training plans and training records;
- Continuous improvement and BSP Champion.

**Essential Requirements**
- Must have a Grade 12 certificate or equivalent;
- A formal training qualification as a Driver assessor or moderator (desirable);
- Must have a valid driver’s license (Code EC) and a Dangerous Goods certificate;
- 5 - 8 years of bulk distribution experience is desirable;
- Must have at 3 years experience in the Gas Industry orManufacturing/Petro Chemical industries deliveries;
- Bulk Truck and/or Packaged Gas cylinder fill operations experience (advantageous);
- Must have good presentation and report-writing skills;
- Willing to work overtime and travel as and when required;
- Basic knowledge of MS Office Suite particularly Excel and Word;
- Must have good knowledge of Safety & Quality standards;

- Kempton Park, Gauteng: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
