Focused on exceptional operational delivery within Campus Recruitment, you will look to build strong relationships with your client stakeholders, working as a trusted advisor to deliver an efficient and compliant recruitment coordination service via your onsite and offsite team. You will enjoy creating engaging pathways for emerging talent to thrive in.

The role encompasses; lateral hires as well as associates, interns and MBAs. Partnering closely and establishing new relationships with the top Universities.

**Responsibilities**:

- Partner with the stakeholders to translate their campus and early career hiring needs into an actionable recruitment strategy which you will then lead your multiple geographic team to execute the delivery of
- Drive commitment and consistency across your region to hiring top talent against a high volume campus strategy
- Lead on all aspects of the campus recruiting strategy, including overseeing the attraction, selection and offer process
- Training and mentoring the team in creative sourcing strategies, continuously developing a talent pool that targets key groups

**Does this sound like you?**:

- The ability to speak, read, and write fluent English
- Proven success in creating and executing campus and early careers hiring programs across multiple countries
- Proven success leading local and remote teams.
- History of hiring at least 100+ graduates per annum
- Demonstrable track record of KPI achievement and delivery customer excellence
- Excellent stakeholder management, influencing and negotiation skills with the ability to adapt interpersonal style with stakeholders at all levels
- Clear ability to analyse and interpret data to diagnose the root cause of issues, as well as utilising that data to drive the narrative and problem solving with the client
- Exceptional interpersonal, teamwork, and organizational skills and ability to interact effectively at all levels and across diverse cultures
- Willingness to adapt to new processes and ways of working, adapting your stance to effectively deal with changes
- Ideally experience of working within a globally scaling business
