**Key Responsibilities**:
Assist in recording and managing financial transactions related to rental properties
Reconcile bank statements and resolve discrepancies
Prepare financial reports and summaries for property management
Support month-end and year-end closing activities
Maintain accurate records of rental income and expenses
Manage the full bookkeeping / accounting cycle
Maintenance of general ledger
Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual reports
VAT calculations
Payroll Administration
Submission of EMP201 and EMP501 and provisional tax
Approval of payments on banking
Preparation of all financial documents for auditors to prepare statements
Submit CIPC documentation
- **Accounts & Administrative Assistance**_
Assist the Director with financial administration, including billing, collections, and financial document submissions
Maintain up-to-date records in Xero and prepare Excel-based reports and reconciliations
Liaise with banks, SARS, UIF, and other regulatory bodies on behalf of the business
Support with insurance, Airbnb, and other claims administration
- **Education**:_
Matric
Diploma / Certificate (Finance / Legal / Property)
Minimum of 3-4 years experience as a Property Administrator / Coordinator
Familiar with financial admin processes (UIF, SARS Compliance, Banks)
Background in supplier ordering and basic inventory control
Computer Literate: MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), Xero Accounting
Valid driver’s licence with own reliable vehicle

Excellent written and verbal communication in English & Afrikaans
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a team environment
Ability to work efficiently
Must be meticulous & have sharp attention to detail
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: R23 000,00 - R25 000,00 per month
