Client Relationship Management

1. Daily interaction with clients regarding claims, underwriting and renewals
2. Ensure claims, underwriting and technical delivery standards are implemented and maintained
3. Ensure renewals is done timeously
4. Ensure premium collection according to regulatory requirements
5. Client retention
6. New Business development
**7. Cross sell opportunities**:
a. Ensure all products and services available within Marsh Africa are marketed to the client as
appropriate
8. Keep abreast with the insurance markets (local)
9. Fostering of sound working relationships with other functional business units.
10. Familiarity and compliance with all company policies, statutory and regulatory requirements.
2. QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
1. Minimum 5 year appropriate experience in the commercial sales and client service environment
2. Relevant formal qualification
3. Must have RE 5
4. CPD as per requirement
5. Must be FAIS compliant as per DOFA
6. Fluent in Afrikaans and English
7. Excel, word and power point
8. Commercial Insurance Brokerage experience
9. Must have a valid driver’s licence and a car
