**What you’ll be doing**:

- Continually motivating, supporting and developing a team of Customer Service Advisors to deliver exceptional customer experiences
- Leading by example, delivering excellent customer and client satisfaction all whilst exceeding your KPIs
- Setting the right tone for your team by living our company values every day ensuring high standards are set and maintained for everyone
- Achieving the best out of each individual and create a winning environment by regularly providing positive praise and recognition of individual and team success
- Challenging any inappropriate behaviour or investigating issues and managing appropriately
- Identifying talent within the team, encouraging and supporting development through the use of personal development plans

**What you’ll need**:

- Matric
- Excellent written use of English language
- Minimum 6 months’ experience as a Team Leader 0r Deputy Team Leader in a contact centre environment
- Minimum 2 years’ previous team management experience
- Excellent communication and listening skills
- Ability to identify problems and find solutions by imparting knowledge
- Strong analytical, time management and organisational skills
- PC literacy with sound knowledge of MS Office and Windows
- Clear credit, disciplinary and criminal records
- Proven performance record of accomplishment
- Experience of consistently achieving KPI’s and Company standards in line with campaign requirements
- Ability to ensure compliance with Health & Safety, care for the Environment, and expenditure within budgetary controls
- Target focused with governance controls to ensure all team outputs are compliant
