**Requirements**:

- Matric
- 2-3 years of retail sales experience
- Fragrance Knowledge advantageous
- Must be comfortable in dealing directly with customers
- Must be prepared to float amongst stores

**Responsibilities**:

- Greeting customers who enter the shop
- Responsible for providing high-class customer service and increasing the company’s growth and revenue through sales maximization.
- Be involved in stock control and management
- Assisting shoppers to find the goods and products they are looking for
- Being responsible for processing cash and card payments
- Stocking shelves with merchandise
- Answering queries from customers
- Reporting discrepancies and problems to the head office
- Giving advice and guidance on product selection to customers(Training will be provided)
- Balancing cash register with receipts
- Dealing with customer refunds
- Keeping the store tidy and neat
- Responsible for dealing with customers complaints
- Working within established guidelines, company policies and Procedures
- Receiving and checking the delivery of stock

Pay: From R5 000,00 per month
