**In Store Credit Consultants**

We are seeking enthusiastic, and sales driven Store Credit Consultants to sell,

promote, administer, and activate store account cards and other financial

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Engage with customers and explain the benefits of the account card and

other financial products offered.

customers.
- Promote and create awareness around store finance offerings.
- Achieve in store new account targets for loans and cards.
- Provide awesome customer service.
- Manage customer queries and escalate to the relevant department and

follow up on resolution.
- Assist in the planning and execution of in store promotions with

management.
- Utilise point of sale (POS) as per the visual merchandising guide.
- Adhere to store and company policies and procedures.

**Qualifications, Skills & Experience**
- Matric/ Grade 12
- 3-6 months Sales experience - essential
- Computer Literate: Word, Excel, Outlook
- Retail experience in sales and customer service environment

advantageous
- Flexible working hours and willing to work in different stores

Pay: R4 000,00 per month
