Proficient in managing a technical team using agile methodologies, ensuring efficient and collaborative workflows.

Exceptional problem-solving skills, allowing you to overcome challenges and deliver innovative solutions.

Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, enabling seamless collaboration with technical and non-technical colleagues and users.

Ability to understand and interpret business needs and requirements, transforming concepts into actionable proposals and successful implementations.

Strong leadership skills to inspire and motivate team members towards achieving project goals.

Excellent time management and organizational abilities, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.

Proficiency in conflict resolution, fostering a harmonious and productive work environment.

Experience in communicating with Product Owners and Stakeholders, ensuring alignment and delivering value-driven outcomes.

Extensive experience in agile software development, from requirement gathering to deployment and operations.

Knowledge or experience in a JAVA and/or cloud development environment, empowering you to drive technical excellence.

IT operations know-how, ensuring seamless integration between development and operations teams.

Excellent proficiency in agile tools such as JIRA, Confluence, X-Ray, and others, maximizing productivity and transparency.

**Advantageous Skills**:
Incident-Problem management expertise, specifically ITSM Suite/BMC Remedy, ensuring effective incident resolution and problem-solving.

Database skills, including Oracle, PostgreSQL, NoSQL, PLSQL, etc., enabling you to work with diverse data environments.

Proficiency in software development using Java frameworks or other languages, fostering innovative and scalable solutions.

Knowledge of CICD tools like Bitbucket, Jenkins, etc., and understanding of SDLC, driving automation and efficiency.

Agile testing experience, promoting quality-driven development practices.

Basic understanding of automotive development requirements management, facilitating collaboration with industry-specific stakeholders.

Qualifications/Experience:
Hold a relevant IT degree, showcasing your strong foundation in technical expertise.

Possess a minimum of 5 years' experience in the IT/Software DevOps industry, demonstrating your deep understanding of industry best practices.

Previous experience in programming, test design, architecture, or systems/business analysis, enhancing your holistic approach to agile development.

Project Management qualification (advantageous), highlighting your ability to lead and deliver projects effectively.

ISTQB Certification (advantageous), validating your expertise in software testing principles.
