Forex Exchange Control Officer

**IMMEDIATE VACANCY - SENIOR EXCON (EXCHANGE CONTROL OFFICER/SPECIALIST)**
**FOREX WORLD is looking to hire a FOREX EXCHANGE CONTROL OFFICER to start IMMEDIATELY(ONLY UMEMPLOYED/CONTRACT ENDING WILL BE CONSIDERED FOR THIS POSITION)**
**MININUM REQUIREMENTS - ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS**:
- Provide support to the branch network regarding client quotes discounts, product information and customer services
- Provide support to new Business agents
- BOP Reporting
- Daily reporting to the SARB and reconciliation, after checking all company transactions
- Manuals Maintenance
- Draft and implement all internal manuals related to exchange control. Check for updates to SARB ruling and regulations and keep all branches updated
- FICA Reporting
- Reporting of all applicable transactions to the FIC Inspections
- Attend to all SARB AND Inspections
- Correspondence
- Maintain correspondence with SARB and FIC Inspections
- Training
- Conduct regular training for branch staff on exchange control and compliance matters
**QUALIFICATIONS**:
- Must have 7+ Years’ experience
- Should not be working permanently
- Must have Forex experience
- Buying and selling foreign notes
- Dealing with telephonic Forex queries
- Commitment to go the extra mile to provide exceptional customer service
- Enthusiastic and positive manner
- Ability to count money, cash ups and balancing
- Be able to liaise with management at levels
