HR Generalist

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handle day-to-day HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, and staff administration.
- Provide support and guidance to management and staff on HR policies and labour legislation (BCEA, LRA, etc.).
- Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with HR systems and procedures.
- Manage disciplinary processes, grievances, and employee relations matters.
- Assist in performance management processes and staff development.
- Coordinate training, skills development, and BBBEE compliance where applicable.
- Support payroll preparation and employee benefits administration.
- Promote employee engagement, wellness, and a positive workplace culture.

**Requirements**:

- National Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management or related field.
- 2-4 years of HR generalist experience, preferably in retail or FMCG.
- Knowledge of South African labour laws and HR best practices.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle confidential information.
- Computer literacy (MS Office, HRIS experience beneficial).
- Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills.
