We are looking for a **bubbly, mature, and energetic individual**who is passionate about **travel and sports** to join our dynamic team. The core focus of this role is to **connect with customers by phone** to follow up on travel quotes we have sent, build relationships, and drive conversation through friendly and confident communication.

This position requires the individual to pick up the enquiry from the consultant once all automated follow up's have run their course, by phoning and discussing the enquiry with the client to determine the outcome. Their responsibility is to determine the outcome of the enquiry and if other options are required.

**The position**:

- To begin with, it will be a half-day position (4 hours per day)
- Will be office based at our offices in Westville, Durban
- Will have set working hours
- Will be a permanent position

**Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to**:

- Proactively phoning customers to follow up on travel quotes sent
- Engaging with customers in lively and informative conversations about travel packages
- Answering any questions and providing support to help convert quotes into bookings
- Building rapport and ensuring a warm, positive client experience
- Recording all interactions and updating our CRM system
- Providing feedback to the consultant based on this process

**Requirements**:

- A natural **people person** with excellent communication skills
- Passionate about **sports and travel**:

- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
