**The Role**

We are looking for a Document Controller to be responsible for day-to-day document control and administration tasks within the construction site office in Bethal and project team. They will also be responsible for general office coordination tasks such as procurement of office supplies and services, setting up meetings, taking minutes, drafting documents from notes etc.

**Key responsibilities include**:
**Communication and Coordination**
- Receiving and relaying communications from the EPC Contractor.
- Completing the register for all contractual communications between the Owner and EPC Contractor.

**Document Drafting and Distribution**
- Drafting project documentation from notes received from project team members
- Printing, scanning and distributing documents
- Managing all transmittals

**Document Tracking and Review**
- Tracking and reviewing document revisions
- Support project team members to ensure that all official documentation meet company requirements

**Document Management System**
- Responsible for maintaining and improving the organisations document management system
- Developing document control procedures, workflows, and templates to ensure consistency and adherence to industry standards.
- Enforce document control processes to ensure proper documentation, version control, distribution, and retrieval of project-related documents.
- Ensures that all documents comply with the project's quality assurance requirements and industry standards

**Education & Experience**
- Engineering/Construction related tertiary qualification
- 0 to 1 years of experience in technical environment
- Familiar with document codification systems
- Basic knowledge of ISO 9001
- Highly organized
- Proficient in the use of Word, Excel and Outlook
- Verbal and written communication skills
- Typing accuracy and efficiency controls.
