**Key responsibilities include**:
- ** Data Analysis and Modeling**:
- Interpret and analyze data problems, conceiving and prioritizing projects aligned with client and organizational goals.
- Conduct data mining, preparation, and collection, ensuring quality and integrity, and visualize findings through interactive dashboards.
- Build analytic systems and predictive models, utilizing machine learning algorithms for accuracy and efficiency.
- ** Collaboration and Communication**:
- Collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders, effectively presenting findings to a non-technical audience.
- Conduct research and experiments, exploring new tools, models, and techniques.
- Promote continuous improvement by developing technical skills and automating tasks for future efficiency.
**Requirements for the role**:
- Degree in Data Science, Statistics, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years' hands-on experience as a Data Scientist or in a similar role
- Proficient in Python and SQL; experience with cloud-based analytics platforms is advantageous
