Ld Extrusion Operator

**Requirements**:

- Valid SA ID/Work Permit/Asylum letter
- Should be able to multitask and work in a pressurized environment
- Should be willing to work flexible hours, shifts and overtime as required.
- Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to resolve issues
- Experience & understanding of various polymers and additives.
- Experience in the operating and extrusion process
- Full knowledge on how the extrusion process flows
- Knowledge on how to control the various temperature settings throughout the extrusion process
- Knowledge on how to adjust the die/nip rollers cooling fans speed and screw speed to obtain the correct microns
- Knowledge on how to clean the die/screw and barrel while purging
- Knowledge on the mixing ratio of different types of Polymers/LDPE/LLDPE/Masterbatch
- Ability to constantly measure microns whilst extruding
- Ability to set up the die for the extrusion process
- Ability to measure, weigh and ensure accurate raw material mixtures, also treat for inline printing
- Ability to do quality checks on samples.
- Basic maintenance skills and understanding of mechanics
**_NOTE: Only people with definite experience will be considered. Experience in the extrusion of LD Zipper Bags will be an advantage. _**
