- Manage the classroom;
- Stakeholder management;
- Work closely with school staff;
- Collaborate with other teachers;
- Oversee all students within the school setting, to ensure a safe academic environment conducive to learning and maintain the professional image;
- Enable the success of student academic achievement through implementation of the school curriculum and philosophy and through the consistent use of the school systems;

**Minimum Qualifications, Experience and Knowledge**:

- B Ed in Senior and FET Phase
- Honours Degree (Advantageous)
- Minimum 2 - 5 years teaching experience
- Knowledge of CAPS
- SACE registered
- Experience in teaching Setswana (grades 4 12)
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Computer literate
- Organising, facilitation and planning
