Virtual Reality Gaming Operator

We’re looking for a outgoing, enthusiastic and energetic team member to offer a memorable and enjoyable experience to our guests in our 9D Virtual Reality games situated at Shelly Beach Centre

You will be responsible for:

- ensuring the safety of our guests on the virtual reality simulator whilst operating the simulator and supervising play areas creating a sense of excitement.
- You will engage and build relationships with our guests helping them get the most from their experience.

**Knowledge and Skills Required**:

- Energetic, vibrant, friendly, good customer service, sales and communication skills;
- Have the ability to work without supervision;
- Have matric or any other relevant qualification;
- Must be computer literate and tech savvy;
- Must have knowledge of Windows 10;
- Be willing to work in the retail environment;
- Be of sober habits and no criminal records;
- Be willing to work retail hours.
- Be honest, reliable, trustworthy and punctuality is a must.

**Duties include**:
1. Safely operate the Virtual Reality Simulator;
2. Build relationships with customers;
3. Meet sales targets;
4. Promote the sale of VR glasses and the VR experience;
5. Ensure the equipment is cared for and all precautions are taken to prevent any damage;
6. Perform any maintenance required and troubleshoot;
7. Ensure the work area is clean and neat at all times;
8. Ensure the safety of both the customer and equipment;
9. Collect monies, issue tickets and record all relevant events;
10. Reconciliation and banking of monies received;
11. Promote and create interest in the virtual reality experience.

Pay: R28,00 - R50,00 per hour
